Hi Team
Cold few days ahead of us! Therefore we will have to be creative with practice. This will also limit our ability to shoot.
I am also away until Thursday (free heli-ski trip!!! 🙂 so Alain and Jeff will lead sessions. I will see you at the races Friday!
Tuesday: XC practice: See XC LC forum
Wednesday: XC practice: See XC LC forum
Thursday: As long as it gets warm enough we will shoot this day, led by Jeff. It’ll be a shorter session (4:30-6:00pm) of straight combo (working on breathing) to stay warm. Look back for updates Wednesday, things might change if the weather does not look like it will warm up.
Friday-Sunday: XC Westerns! 😀 Check out the LC XC forum for details!!! Please register by Tuesday!!
** Since we are not shooting much this week you all need to dryfire at least 3x20min this week. Work on holding and breathing (prone and stand), just like we are doing in practice.
