    Hello Team,

The race season is upon us, so the “regular week” of training will be a bit discombobulated. Also with splitting U18s to Bozeman for the FIS race, U16 to Grande Prairie, and Bithlon getting in some work for the cancelled races last weekend, things are bouncing around even more than usual this week.

Well done with the individual and team goal setting session for the next 2 months!

    • Overall attendance on time (4:45 Start)
    • Stellar technique in all zones when training
    • Top 3 club aggregate at Nationals by committing to training well for the next 2 months and leaving everything on the course in races.

Westerns over in Kimberley is just around the corner.  Check your inbox for the trip doc distributed by Caitlin.  Be sure to register before Jan 21 when fees go uphttps://zone4.ca/register.asp?id=37106
