    HI Team

Great job this weekend in the races, you are all looking fit! 😀 Now we get to travel to GP!

The weather looks good for the weekend, at least for now… but I have not heard about the snow situation yet. Assume we are good to go unless you hear from me.

    Training this week:
We will shoot 3 days this week since last week we could not do any with the temps. We will also keep two days shorter for those studying and to just keep the training easier this week. We will also continue with our work with breath control.

    Tuesday (24): 4:30-6:00pm. Z1 SK combo

Wednesday (25): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 SK combo + speed and then gym strength

    Thursday (26): 4:30-6:00pm. Z1-3 SK combo + Speed

Friday (27): Leave Canmore at 6am, this will allow us to arrive to the ski centre around 3:30pm to ski the course together (we will not shoot, not enough time). After our ski we will head to Camp Tamarack (like a 5min drive for those who have not been). Camp Tamarack is a super place to stay, but be nice to me or I will send my ghost friend after you 😉 (If you don’t know the story, you will soon enough….:P)

Weekend: Calforex Cup #3, Mass start and sprint! FUN!

Getting there: The quickest way from Cammore is up the icefields parkway and then up the highway through Grande Cache (the turn is 3km before Hinton). The ski centre is on your left before you reach Grande Prairie. About 10km before GP you will cross a bridge and then head up a hill, once at the top of the hill keep your eyes open for the ski centre turn (on your left). Camp Tamarack is on the other side of the highway.
