Monday (23) – Day Off
Tuesday (24) – 4:30-6:30 Classic Ski Combo + Strength
Wednesday(25) 4:30-6:30 Skate technique work. Meet at the teamroom.
Thursday (26) – 4:30-6:15 – Skate Combo
Saturday (28) 10-2 MT. SHARK DAY!
Depart Canmore at 9. Meet at Mt. Shark at 10. Distance Ski from 10 to 11, shooting practice from 11 to 12:30. Bring some food.
