Hi everyone,
Here is the week ahead:

Monday: classic, 3 layers of our favorite multigrade, covered by 1 layers of extra blue, bring a headlamp and dress warm for the weather (hats, buffs, mitts, extra layer)

Thursday: skating

Saturday: Built 4 Speed race,Canmore Nordic Centre, a race for beginner racers (less than 2 yrs experience racing)
What: Classic race,1 or 1.5 k depending on your category, and a super fun downhill race, topped off by a double cross event in the terrain park
When: meet at team room at 10:30 if you need help with what kick wax to put on your skis, then meet in upstairs room at day lodge at 11:30 to get your bib and receive instructions for the day, bring a lunch or eat before you come up, bring a snack and a water bottle, should be wrapped up by 3pm
