Hello,
With no racing this week we have a full week of practice sessions!
- Registration for Alberta Youth Champs is up! If you plan to attend we recommend registering ASAP as it filled up last year and a few athletes were not able to attend. Race Notice. Registration.
- With all the prep for the WC going on, we have lost the use of our team room starting monday until Feb 11. We will meet on skis at the flags as usual, and we’ll send kids to the Bill Warren for pick-up when practice is finished.
Mon 1/28, 5-6:30@CNC – CLASSIC. Striding speeds, relays, game. Waxing: bring CLEAN classic skis, multi, violet, and violet extra kick wax and we’ll wax together. If you are able to come early this is ideal, but if not thats ok too. Meet at the flags.
Tues 6:30-8, Biathlon. Look for email on Mon with details for this week.
Wed 1/30, 5-6:30@CNC – CLASSIC. Agility, KDP progression, game. WAX: Depending what the weather does, this is how you should wax: IF temp gets to -3 during the day, then violet. IF it stays cooler, violet multi will suffice. Cork out what you have from monday and add at least 2 more layers depending on how much wore off.
