    Hi Team,

    Biathlon race this weekend!! Below are sessions, you should use this forum posting as your training plan this week (I know your training plans end today).

    Also: New Years resolution for the team! 😀

    Please arrive earlier, I would like to start practice at 4:35pm. This means you should have your mat out and rifle loaded. At 4:35pm you should be dry firing OR warming up skiing. This is important so we can accomplish the planned training. 😀

    Monday: OFF

    Tuesday (4): Z1-2 classic ski strength combo (upper body), finish with core in the gym (bring gym gear). 4:30-6:30pm

    Wednesday (5): Z3-4 SK intensity combo. 4:30-6:30pm.

    Thursday (6): Z1 SK distance ski and technique. 4:30-6:15pm

    Friday (7): Race prep. 2:00-4:00pm

    Weeknd: Calforex Cup Sprint and Pursuit

    *Trials for Nationals (Senior Boy and Girl): This is the first race weekend for Biathlon Nationals qualifying. Edmonton and Grande Prairie will also be used. The way it works is the best 3/6 races will count towards your percent. If you achieve an 85% average (of your best 3) you will be sanctioned.
