Hi Everyone, I hope you had a great break with lots of fun, food, and family time.

Here’s the plan for Thursday Jan 5th. We will head out to Peter Lougheed PP for a long classic ski. We will start at the Elk Pass parking lot at 9:30am. Pick up will be at the Pocaterra Hut at 11:30-12:00. Plan to drop off a backpack with a dry layer and some lunch at the Pocaterra Hut before heading to Elk Pass on the way through. The temperature trend is warming so we will plan to have our skis waxed at home with klister, aim for Swix universal, Start Wide or something for soft granular snow or glazed track.
For parents that will be skiing with the group, please send me an email and we will organize amongst us cars to be shuttled, leaving one or two cars at Pocaterra and getting a ride to Elk pass before 9:30, and then shuttling the drivers back to pick up thier cars, likely when the kids eat thier lunch after the ski.
