Hi everyone,

Hope you a good holiday and lots of time outside in the snow. Here is the plan for Track Attack this week:

Monday: Classic, forecast is for 0 degrees, wax: Rode Violet

Thursday: Skating, we will do some fun sprint relays. It will be COLD TONIGHT please dress warmly, wear MITTS and a TOQUE and BUFF to protect your face.

Coming up:
Jan. 19th BCRR #2, COP, Calgary
– skating criterium race on a short course in teams of 3, coaches will put teams together, should be fun event!

Jan. 20th World Snow Day
Fast and Female event on snow for girls, 1-4pm, CNC
Boyz Got Game event on snow for boys, 1-4 pm, CNC
– girls will be skiing with current and former racers including Sara Renner
-boys will be hangin’ with former national team athletes Sean Crooks and Gord Jewitt
