Hi Team, Great ski in K-country on the weekend, it was a long ski but everyone did great.
Monday 5:00-6:30pm. CLASSIC. We will be doing some games and double pole technique.
Thursday 5:00-6:30. SKATE. We will be doing some sprints and technique.
Saturday 11:00am BCRR Skate Sprint Tournament at COP (Calgary Olympic Park). Registration is open on http://www.zone4.ca and additional information on the race should be posted on http://www.bcrr.ca by tomorrow evening (Sunday). Registration closes Friday Jan 13th at 12:00 noon. The first race start is at 11:00am. A glide wax recommendation will be posted later this week.
