Super great racing this weekend. That was a good one for Canmore Nordic! We will take it easy for a few days, here’s the plan:
Monday (10):
Take the day off, unless you are racing on Tuesday.
Tuesday (11):
Jackrabbit coaching night. No LC training.
Wednesday (12):
Primo, TTS Development445-615pm. Skate ski at CNC (off the light trail). You need a headlamp to take part. Meet at flag row.
Thursday (13):
Multi, Primo, TTS Development445-615pm. Skate ski at CNC (off the light trail) with speed. You need a headlamp to take part. Meet at flag row.
Saturday (15):
Multi, Primo, TTS Development1000-1230. Classic ski on the Cascade Fireroad. Please only travel with people you live with. Parents are welcome to join. Check the club wax guide to wax your skis – I recommend a Swix VG35 basewax. Bring water (of course), a snack and dry clothes to change into after your ski. Meet at the trail head.
