Volume this week for everyone. This is the last volume week of the season. It should not be too difficult to spend a couple of hours a day on snow with no school this week.

We will have team training on Monday (volume), Wednesday (speed) and the AB Cups in Camrose on Fri-Sat-Sun. Plan to ski bigger volume days on Tuesday and Thursday. Talk to your friends to organize 2.5-3.0 hours of distance skiing each on those 2 days.

See note below about booking a room for the Edmonton AB Cups, deadline on February 21st to book.

Monday (17): LC/LC+. 0930-1200. Skate skiing, distance. Bring a couple of bars. <span style=”color: #993300;”>Meet at the BWTC.</span>

Tuesday (18): No team training. Plan a volume day with your friends. 2.5-3.0 hrs. Have fun with it!

Wednesday (19): For those that didn’t go to the games, go for a ski (1 hr) or run (45min) in the morning.

LC/LC+. 1700-1830. Skate. Speed work for those that didn’t race at the AWG’s. Bring a distinctive SKI STRAP with you today. Meet at team room.
LC/LC+. 1700-1900. Skate. Distance for those that went to the AWG’s. Meet at team room.

Thursday (20): No team training. Plan another volume day with your friends. 2.0-3.0 hrs – check your TP. Ideally classic.

Friday (21): Meet in the stadium in Camrose at 4pm for a ski around the courses. Skate skis that you will not race on this weekend. It’s a 4 hour drive from Canmore.

Saturday and Sunday: Camrose AB Cups

Note that it will be a small volume next week with 2 days off.
