    Training this week:

    Monday(17) Skate Ski @ CNC

5:00-6:30 We will be working on our speed and turn over tonight with some short fast sprinting challenges.  Biathletes- have a rest tonight after a fun filled weekend of racing.  Important to get some sleep and let your body recover.

    Tuesday(18) Classic Ski @ CNC

5:00-6:30 We will start with an explinatoin of how sprint heats work as there is a sprint in Red Deer.  Then we’ll get out and ski focusing on striding speed and hopefully a little game to wrap up.

The weather forecast was correct and we got some fresh snow!  Wax with Swix Blue Extra.  We are back to hardwax for now 🙂 Also, it is chilly again, so be sure to dress appropriately for -15 C skiing.
