Multi are on Wed, Thu, Sat

Monday (18):
Primo-Supremo
No team training for XC pods today. Check your TP for more details
Wednesday (20):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Classic Intensity. Hard workout, micro snack!
Pod 3-5: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up OYO for 15min then meet your pod at the usual location at 1700. Done at 1815.
Thursday (21):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
YOU NEED A HEADLAMP TODAY… actually, you always need a headlamp!
Full skate equipment plus your classic poles. Distance with Strength
Pod 3-5: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up OYO for 15min then meet your pod at the usual location at 1700. Done at 1815
Saturday (23):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Long Distance. Skating
Pod 3: 1030-1300. Meet at usual location at 1030
Pod 4-5: 930-1200. Meet at usual location at 930
Dress warm. We will loop back by the teamroom after about 30 min of skiing to drop layers if needed.
