Hello Team,
Great racing over the weekend of Westerns. 3 days in a row of racing is a challenge. Be sure to take a minute to reflect on the weekend about what went well, and what you could improve on.
This week we will have some well earned recovery. Be sure to use that extra time to recover an get caught up/ ahead in school.
Tuesday(20): No team training. No on your own training. You get 2 back to back days off to let your bodies recover from the weekend.
Wednesday (21): 5:00-6:30 Headlamp adventure. Meet at the teamroom with classic skis waxed and fresh batteries in your headlamp. It will be dark as there is no moon. If you do not have your headlamp, you will be sent home.
Thursday (22): 6:30-7:30 Swimming at Elevation place. Meet in the entry of elevation place at 6:30pm with swimsuit and towel. Bring your Elevation Pass if you have one.
Saturday (24): 10:00-12:00 Skate distance at Mt Shark. Be ready to ski at 10am. The drive is 45min to 1hr depending on roads. Parents welcome to come along and ski.
