The cold has finally departed after a chilly week. So we will make the most of this wonderful weather and get in some sweet skiing!
Monday(20) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Classic ski with some short fast sprints and technique. Wax with Rodi Violet.Tuesday(21) *BIATHLON* 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Biathlon practice. We will be on the range again today!Wednesday(22) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Skate Sprint simulation. We will run a kings court style sprint tonight to work on skiing in heats of 6. Heidi Widmer will be joining us for tonight to share some of the amazing knowledge she learned from her years of racing.Saturday(25) 12:30-2:30 @ CNC
Skate Distance ski at CNC. We will get out on all the natural snow trails and do some fun exploring today.
