Hello team, good volume this weekend. I hope you manage another good ski on Sunday.
Many of you are not doing well with iLog and morning heart rate. Can you pl;ease update ilog and take a morning heart rate. It will only take you 5 minutes per day.
Parent meeting for the athletes going to the XC Nationals on February 6th at 5:30pm, bwtc.
Here’s the plan for this week.
Tuesday (22): 1630-1800, team room. Z1 and intensity skating
Wednesday (23): 1630-1830. Classic + strength in gym. 1630-1830
Thursday (24): No team training today. Go for a 30-45min run from home.
Saturday (26): We will go for a long skate ski at Shark today. Meet in parking lot at 10am (TA/T1/T2/T3 will also attend). Bring a snack for the ski + hrm + drink with electrolytes) and a lunch and dry clothes for after the ski. We will ski 2.5-3.0hrs.
