NIPIKA LOPPET on Jan 31st, updated Wednesday (28) at 9am: It hasn’t been as warm at Nipika than Canmore. The race is a go. I was told the trails are in good shape. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ILOG WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH EXAMS. There is no excuse for not doing it.
Tuesday (27): Meet at team room with the usual gear (including head lamp). 4:30-6:30pm. We will classic and do strength in the gym. Swix universal klister with 1/3 of Rode Rossa should work well. LC2’s will start in the gym, LC1’s on snow.
Wednesday (28): Meet at the team room. 4:30-6:15pm. We will do skating with some sprint work. Euro trip meeting after the workout for those going. Register for Nipika Loppet by tonight on zone4.
Thursday (29): Meet at team room, 4:30-6:30. Skating. We will do some distance and work on downhills. We will also do 40min of strength in the gym at the end.
