Hello gang, we will change things up a bit this week as the team will be split up in two. Peter, Nelson, Aidan, Pate, Gerard, Lauren, Morgan, Emmy, and Molly Jane will be heading to the Eastern Champs with Christine and I. The remainder of the team will train hard in Canmore and have a grand time at the Nipika race on Saturday. Please get in touch with Roy and Matt if you are interested in going Nipika. I recommend you race there as there are not many races in February and you could become stale if you don’t race enough.

Non-Eastern bound athletes: Follow the T3/LC training sessions, check on that forum including the Tuesday workout.
Eastern bound athletes: We will get together for a short training session on Tuesday (29), 1630-1745, classic.
