Hello LCs,
We are right in the heart of the racing season, so just 1 team training session this week before leaving for Easterns. For those of you not traveling to Easterns or the Experience Canada Exchange, look at your guidelines (LC1s) or training peaks (LC2s) to be sure to get out and complete your training while others are away. It is great to call each other and get out together as there are a number of you still in town over the weekend.
Team training this week:
Tuesday(31): 4:30-6:00 Skate intensity- threshold work. Meet at the teamroom.
