Hello Team, great job in Edmonton. Super weekend 😀 😀 😀
It’s a short time before we take off again. Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (1): Team room, 4:30-6:00pm. We will look at the video of the Saturday race + discuss next weekend, and go for a Z1 skate ski (a bit of Z3 intensity for Carly). IMPORTANT NOTE: We will post a wax recommendation for the Westerns Cahmps on the T3 forum on Tuesday around noon. Do your waxing at home or stay after today’s training session if you don’t have those waxes at home. Waxing window 6:00-6:45pm today at team room.
Wednesday (2): No group session, check your program on TP
Thursday (3): Leave for Westerns 😆 😆 Check the trip details on an email sent by Monika last week. Meet at Visitor Centre on Bow Valley Trail at 7:45am. We will ski at Telemark ski club in the PM, again, see Monika’s email on what the plan is for today.
