Awesome work this weekend team. Racing is hard, but that challenge is what makes it fun and rewarding. As a team I was very impressed with the improvement from just one month ago at the last AB Cup. Keep up the good work at training and when you get out on your own.

5:00-6:30 HEADLAMP REQUIRED tonight!!! We will venture off the lit loop to enjoy a mild evening and adventure around the many trails of CNC. Meet in the stadium.Thursday(12) Biathlon @ CNC
4:45-6:15 Biathlon training. Reminder, please let Kerstin/Stu know if you are not attending training so they can prepare the session appropriately.

Stu and Matt are both lead coaches for Team Alberta’s Biathlon and Cross Country teams at the Canada Games. Today is a required staging event that we must attend in Edmonton. All our other assistant coaches have other requirements today as well. So today will be an unofficial session. If parents are keen to take a group out for a ski today, that will be awesome. Meet in the XC Stadium at 1:00. If you are able, sign up on the tailgunner sheet so families know if someone is able to bring the group out. Link here
