Skate – strength work, no pole and 1 pole skating. Alaric and Rhonda leading.

Classic – continuous ski with technique intervals.

2km Classic, Relay, Skate sprint.

Saturday 22nd
Distance combo ski at skate and classic. Alaric (403 707 6329) and Coach Matt (403 688 2314) to lead. Parents most certainly welcome.

Monday 25th
T1’s to REST – No workout!
Skating – overspeed & accelerations over rolling terrain, working on efficient technique transitions.

Wednesday 27th
Classic traffic training, passing on narrow terrain, speed work.
*Deadline to register for AB Cup races in Red Deer.

AB Cup 5 & 6 (3 & 4) Red Deer
Saturday 30th – Sunday 31st
