January is just flying by and the remainder of the month is full of racing, so it will be over before we know it. With all the racing and travel, there are a number of Monday sessions that will be canceled to be sure you all are getting some rest after a long weekend of hard races and to come into the weekend ready to rumble.

It was COLD over the break, so many of you are used to the chilly temps, but make sure you are layering well and covering your head if it’s snowing OR colder than -5. As well, wearing a warm jacket and toque when you are outside (not training) is very helpful to keep you healthy. Your body doesn’t need to work as hard if you dress properly and keep warm, so layer up.

Great work so far on people remembering their headlamps – keep this up. No headlamp = No workout.
