Coached sessions for this week:
Monday (11): Incremental test, please refer to my email! Remember to have your 15min (no less) Z1 warm-up in there and be 5min early. Do a 1.5 hr bike ride, or 1.25hr run if you are not doing this test.
Tuesday (12): 10:00-12:00. Strength in gym and RS-CL ski strength. We will focus on upper body ski strength (DP and DA’s). Please make sure your poles are tall enough, if you have 2 pairs, go with the taller pair.
Wednesday (13): Meet at Elizabeth Rummell soccer field for a run/ski stride workout with video on Montane traverse. Bring your classic poles. 10:00-11:30am.
Thursday (14): For those who signed up: Bike to Lake Louise! Meet at Harvie Heights parking lot with your gear @ 8:30am. Check the detailed email. You will need a lunch today, a workout snack and plenty of water as well. We will stay in the hostel for the night.
Friday (15): Bike back from LL with arrival in Canmore around 1pm.
Note that the Mt-bike Nationals are in Canmore on the weekend. Go and cheer Peter and Mitch!
