Great work out in Kaslo. That was lots of high quality training, and you should be a little tired from the big week. For those of you going into the Haig on Friday, really focus on some good recovery between now and then to be sure you are ready for another big chunk of training. If you are feeling the slightest bit sick, rest so that you are 100% healthy for the camp.
We coaches put a lot of time into creating the trip documents. Please read through it 1 more time before going to the Haig to be sure you have all the information. If you still have a question after reading, please ask.
We will just have 2 sessions this week:
Monday(11) 8:30-10:30 Classic Roller Ski. We will start the session as soon as the bear talk is over, but it should be close to 8:30am. If you have already changed your tips from roller ski tips to snow baskets for the Haig, they should survive 1 session. Meet at the Teamroom.
Tuesday(12) 9:45-11:15 Strength. Meet at the BWTC.
