Summer is in full swing with half of the team heading up for the first Haig Camp of the year on Tuesday!
Training this week:
MONDAY(12)
AM: Multi-Primo-Supremo
If you are going to the Haig 12-20 -> No AM training
All other athletes: Running w/ Fartlek intensities.
Arrive @ 9AM and run for 15 min in Z2. Meet at the teamroom at 9:15. We will be done at 10:30
PM: Supremo
230-330: Supremo Women in the gym with Chelsea
330-430: Supremo Men in the gym with Chelsea
Go straight to the gym
TUESDAY(13)
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Skate Rollerski technique and sprints
Arrive at 9am, Ski for 15 min in Z2 and meet at the shed at 9:15. We will be done at 10:45.
WEDNESDAY(14)
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Adventure day: Rockbound Lake/Helena Ridge
Start and finish at Rockbound Lake Parking Lot near Castle Jct. Link here. All groups will be out for a Hike/run for 4 hours -> 8am to 12pm
We will divide into groups at the start and hike up to Rockbound Lake (16km) or Helena Ridge (20km) depending on speed and training needs. Jogging back down the trail. Pack minimum 2L of water, 3 bars/snacks, and your rain jacket.

Primo-Supremo
Skate Rollerski and Strength
Arrive at 9am: Women to rollerski first, then strength. Men to do strength, then rollerski. 15 minute warm up run or rollerski. Meet at 9:15 beside the teamroom (strength) or by the shed (rollerski). Everyone done at 11am.
