Hi Team,
After a volume focus last week, intensity is the focus this week, with 2 intensity sessions on the plan.
Monday (18): Z1-4 ski stride/run intensity (classic poles! i.e. poles up to your shoulders). Meet at Team room 10:45am-12:15pm. Bike or run to practice.
Tuesday (19): Shooting (8:30-10:00am), mtn bike warm-up and gym strength from 10am-noon.
Wednesday (20): Z1 Run. Meet at Quarry @10am, finished at 11:15am. Bike or run to and from practice.
Thursday (21): Shooting (8:30-10:00am) then we will drive to Norquay for Z3 Rski-CL up Norquay @10:30am (till 12:30pm). I can drive 4 athletes to Norquay, please ensure you have a ride (first 4 to email me secure spots).
