Hi Team,
Good job with completing the volume block from last week. The focus for this week is some intensity; but not every day!!
Monday (18): Z1-4 ski stride/run intensity (classic pole length). Meet at team room 10:45am-12:15pm. Bike or run to practice. Some people have a different plan -> check TP. Note that team training will start around 11am from now on Mondays.
Tuesday (19): Mt-bike warm-up and gym strength from 10am-noon. Bike to workout!
Wednesday (20): Z1 recovery training run. Meet at Quarry @10am, finished at 11:15am. Bike or run to and from practice. Bring a lock of biking!
Thursday (21): Norquay for Z3 RS-CL. Meet at bottom of hill at 10:30am. We will be done at 12:15pm.
