Hello LCs,
GREAT work up on the Haig. Those were some very challenging conditions at times and you rose to the occasion and packed in A LOT of high quality training during our camp. You should be tired after that, so really give yourself the needed rest to soak up all that great training. Check your guidelines or Training Peaks.
If you were not at the Haig, follow your guidelines for an ideal training plan.
Only 1 day of team training this week:
Thursday(21): 9:00-10:30 Hard Running Intensity. After a big chunk of volume training, your bodies are ripe and ready for some anaerobic work. I recommend eating a light breakfast no later than 7:30 to help your stomach settle.
