    Hi Everyone,

    Only 2 days of team training this week:

    Thursday(21): 9:00-10:30 Hard Running Intensity. We recommend eating a light breakfast no later than 7:30 to help your stomach settle.

    Saturday(23) 9:00-11:00 Shooting Session – Bring Poles and Runners.
