Hello U16/U18,
We are still going strong with the big block of training camps for July. Week 1 Haig is just coming off the glacier, and week 2 is heading in. So, just 1 day of team training in town this week for those who are in town.

Zone7 Ski Striding intensities for those not on the Haig/out of town
8:40-9:00 Warm up on your own- just Z2 jog. Meet in the XC Stadium at 9am. We will jog up to the wall to complete our ski striding intestines there. We will be done just after 10am.
Be sure to eat a small, light breakfast as you will be working near your maximum effort toady. These intensities are hard, but build amazing fitness. Bring your game face ready to feel the burn.
