Hello LCs!
Amazing work over the past 2 weeks. This has been a huge load of training and you have performed very well through the two camps. These big weeks of training throughout the year are the keys building a solid foundation for a successful ski season.
You should be tired after all that training, so be sure to listen to your body and take the rest you need to recover. LC1s- follow your training guidelines and LC2s- follow your training peaks.
Gear from the Haig will be flown out Thursday and available for collection from the teamroom from 4pm to 6pm.
Only 1 team training session this week:
Thursday (23): 9:30-11:00 HARD Running Intensity. Meet at the teamroom. Be sure to eat a light breakfast at least 1 hour before training so you don’t see it again on the trail.
Rest up and we will see you on Thursday.
Starting Aug 1 we will begin our iLog challenge. If you complete all 31 days of your August iLog entries, you will be entered in to a draw to win a giant toblerone at the end of the month! First year LC1s will start the challenge in September.
