This week is pretty light to recover from previous training, and get ready for the Haig.
Monday (21): No team training
Tuesday (22): 9:00-10:30 Zone 1 MT Bike at CNC
Wednesday (23): No team training, Individual meetings
Thursday (24): 10:00-11:30 Short zone 1 run and strength
