Fantastic work at all the training camps thus far in July. Lots of great quality training has been completed and you are all much more fit.
Slightly adjusted training this week due to wrapping up our camps. As well, check your training peaks as there is quite a bit of personalization due to individual programs and training needs.
Monday(22)
9:00-10:30 LC/LC+ Running Intensity. We will be working in Z6 and Z7, so eat a light micro breakfast at least 1.5hr before training. Meet at the teamroom.
4:30-5:45 LC+ New Strength Program. Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday(23) 9:00-11:00 T2/LC/LC+ Distance run at CNC. Meet at the teamroom.
Thursday(25) 9:15-11:30 LC/LC+ Classic rollerski and strength in the BWTC. Meet at the teamroom. Be sure you have changed your pole tips to rollerski tips so you do not ruin your baskets.
