    Hi Everyone,

Great work on finishing off a big summer training block of camps and training. This week will be a smaller week to rest and recover.

Mark update: For those who didn’t go to Kaslo, Mark woke up sick on Tuesday (16th) morning. After 2 trips to the ER, they finally admitted him to the hospital. The diagnosis from the doctors is he had Strep A which progressed to Scarlet Fever. He should be discharged on Wednesday (24th).  If you do not feel well, or have a sore throat, don’t write it off, but check in with your doctor if you were in Kaslo as it could be strep. Also, do not come to team training.

Summer Schedule: Now that we are done with summer camps we will settle into our summer training schedule. Check out this link Summer Biathlon Schedule (1)

The smoke ratings are a bit lower there then are are out in Deadmans.8:00 – 11:30 Pigeon Mt Hike: Now that we are back from camps we will settle into the summer routine. Thursdays will be long adventure workouts. This week we will be hiking/running Pigeon Mtn.
