    Hello Team,

Great work with that training block of camps to kick off the summer.  You should be tired after all that work, but energy should pop back up after a few days of rest.

Mark update: For those who didn’t go to Kaslo, Mark woke up sick on Tuesday (16th) morning. After 2 trips to the ER, they finally admitted him to the hospital. The diagnosis from the doctors is he had Strep A which progressed to Scarlet Fever. He should be discharged on Wednesday (24th).  If you do not feel well, or have a sore throat, don’t write it off, but check in with your doctor if you were in Kaslo as it could be strep. Also, do not come to team training.

    Training this week (Recovery focus):

    Monday(22)– REST DAY

    Tuesday(23)

9:00-10:30 Classic Rollerski and recovery rolling. Meet in front of the BWTC

    Wednesday(24)– REST DAY (for most)
    TTS
    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea.

    Thursday(25)
    Multi/Primo/TTS Updated
8:00-9:30 The smoke ratings are a bit too high for a 3.5 hour workout but still within range for a 90 minute workout. We will pull it back a bit this morning to stay on the safe side. Meet at the Cougar Creek/Lady Mac parking lot at 8am for a 1.5 hour run. The smoke ratings are a bit lower there then are are out in Deadmans. Hike Pigeon Mountain. Pack 2L of water, bars/snacks, and a rain jacket (just in case).  Meet at the Mount Lougheed View Point by Dead Man’s Flats.
