Hello U16/U18,
Great balance of training last week getting out to make the most of our summer opportunities. This week will be a bit lighter for regular sessions due to camp opportunities: Talus and the Nordiq Alberta Open Camp. So still tons of training your way, just in a different schedule.

Monday(24)
Primo/TTS Dev
9:00-11:00 Strength and Skate Rollerski. Meet at the BWTC. U18 start in the gym, U16 on rollerskis.
Tuesday(25)
Multi/Primo/TTS Dev
9:00-10:30 Classic Rollerski intensity (Z5). We will really focus on double poling today and get the most out of our upper bodies.
Wednesday(26)
No AM training due to Camps.
TTS-Dev-> Strength with Chelsea
4:00-5:00 Females in the Gym
5:00-6:00 Males in the Gym
Thursday-Sunday: Camps!
