Hello LCs,
After a light weekend, you all should be starting to feel your energy coming back up to normal after a solid kick off to the summer with the back to back camps. This week is still on the lighter side to really let you absorb all that training.
Just 3 team training sessions this week:
Monday(25): 9:00-11:00 Skate Rollerski with speed work. Meet at the teamroom.
Tuesday(26): 9:45-11:45 Run and Strength. Meet at the teamroom.
Thursday(28): 9:00-10:45 Uphill Monitoring Run. Yes, it has already been 5 weeks since our last test. Time to get out and give it all you have! Be sure to give your light breakfast plenty of time to digest before coming to training.
With all the bear warnings currently in place and all the bears moving in the valley bottom looking for berries, it would be great to have some parent/sibling volunteers today along the course making some noise (the more the merrier). You can ride a mountain bike out to the course.
