    Hi All,

    After a light weekend, you all should be starting to feel your energy coming back up to normal after a solid kick off to the summer with the back to back camps. This week is still on the lighter side to really let you absorb all that training.

    This week:

    Monday(25): 9:00-11:00 Skate Rollerski with speed work. Meet at the teamroom.

    Tuesday(26):
    8:25-9:35 Shooting Practice + Combo for warm-up (bring runners)
    9:45-11:45 Run and Strength. Meet at the teamroom.

    Thursday(28):
    9:00-10:45 Uphill Monitoring Run. Yes, it has already been 5 weeks since our last test. Time to get out and give it all you have! Be sure to give your light breakfast plenty of time to digest before coming to training.

    4:30-6:00 Shooting – Static

    Shooting Block Times:

    Friday (29): 11:30-1:30 (Bring Runners) AND 6:30-8:30 Roller Ski Combo

    Saturday (30) NO MT. SHARK – Practice at CNC instead.
    9-11am Run Combo

    Sunday (NO SHOOTING)
