Hello U14’s!
Monday (29)
5:00-6:30 Meet at the BWTC: Skate roller ski, you will be with me (Caitlin) today. We will be focusing on some skate technique including some balance and coodination drills.
*If you need to contact a coach this week please email Caitlin, Mark has been quite sick and is recovering in the hospital then going home to MB for a little while.
