    Hello Team,

    Hope everyone had a good rest week and is feeling recharged and ready to go!

    We will keep an eye on the smoke situation and re-adjust as needed. Be sure to check here regularly in case of changes!

    Primo/TTS
    9:00-11:00 Gym and Skate Roller ski with sprints. Cross Country in gym first and Biathlon second.

    Tuesday(30)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    9:00-11:00 Meet at the BWTC. We will do a 2 hour run with some agility mixed in.

    Wednesday(31)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    9:00-10:30 CL Intensities @ BWTC

    TTS
    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea.

    Thursday(01)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    8:00-12:00 Cory Pass Hike/Run. Meet at the Cory Pass trail parking lot: Parking Lot   bring a running vest with rain coat, bars and water for 4 hours.
