The first full week of organized summer team training has arrived! Lots of great training sessions coming your way for the rest of the summer. For our Wednesday Adventures, please let us know if you can attend on the sign up sheet. LC+ only except for Aug 21 is both LC & LC+. Training this week:
Monday (29) 9:00-11:00 LC/LC+ Offset morning up Silver Tip. We need a few parents to help us shuttle athletes back down the hill 3 times. If you are available, send Matt an email. Meet at the Holiday Inn.
4:30-5:45 LC+ Strength. First time to go all the way through the new program! Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday(30) 9:00-11:00 T2/LC/LC+ Road Bike ride. Meet at the teamroom.
Wednesday(31) LC+ Adventure Day– Hike/Run Arnica Lake to Twin Lakes OR Red Earth. Meet at Vista Lake Trailhead at 8:50 https://goo.gl/maps/jPSuyjsj8n3UMyEk9

Be sure you have signed up so we know how many athletes to expect.
Everyone must have: 2L Water, sufficient food (~3 bars), rain jacket, toque, gloves. That should easily fit in a small camelback type pack.
