July has come to a close, and what a great month of training! Lots of really good work at camps and our sessions here in town.
Training this week:
Monday(30) 9:00-10:30 LC/LC+ Classic Rollerski speed work. Meet at the teamroom
4:30-5:45 LC+ Strength in the Gym. Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday(31) 9:00-11:00 TT/LC/LC+ Distance Run on the highline trail. Meet at Quarry Lake Parking Lot. Bring a full drink belt and a bar as we will run for 2 hours.
Wednesday(1) 8:30-12:00 LC+ Road Bike Ride. Meet at Travel Alberta. This is a long ride, so it is important to pack bars/food as noted in the hand out. Hint- it is more than 2 servings for a 3.5hr session…
Thursday(2) 9:30-11:30 LC/LC+ Classic Rollerski warm up and strength. It is important to be sure we are ready to go in the gym at 10, so please be ready to rollerski at 9:30 sharp.
