Hello Team,
Great work at our training camps last week. You should be tired, but the energy should come back by the end of the week with some focus on recovery. Roll your legs a lot for those who were at Talus. That was a lot of hiking and running, so you will be more sore than usual.

With the Nordiq Alberta Open Camp and Talus Camps over the weekend, slight modification for this week. Also, the range at CNC will be reopening on Wednesday! So to save our Biathletes a drive to the Mt Shark range, we will flip flop Tuesday and Wednesday sessions:

9:00-10:30 Ski Striding intensity up the Wall. Hard Z7 efforts. Eat a light breakfast 1.5 hr before training so it can settle. Meet in front of the BWTC.

9:00-11:00 Skate Rollerski. Meet in front of the BWTC

5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea males and females together.

8:00-11:00 Road Bike the Legacy trail and Banff Springs Golf Course. Meet at Travel Alberta with bike gear and 2 bars/snacks to eat during the ride.
