Multi-Primo-TTS Dev
9:00-10:30 Ski Striding intensity up the Wall. Hard Z7 efforts. Eat a light breakfast 1.5 hr before training so it can settle.
Wednesday(2)
Multi-Primo-TTS Dev
8:30-10:30 Shooting/Rollerski SK combo. Be ready to begin practice with skis on & mags loaded at 8:30, get there 10 minutes early around 8:20.
Thursday(3)
Multi-Primo-TTS Dev
8:00-11:00 Road Bike the Legacy trail and Banff Springs Golf Course. Meet at Travel Alberta with bike gear and 2 bars/snacks to eat during the ride.
