    Hello T2s,

    WELCOME TO SUMMER!  The weather is supposed to cool down to more typical temperatures next week, but be sure to check the forum for updates before a session.  I always keep your safety in mind and do not need anyone getting heat stroke for a workout.  We are kicking off the summer schedule this week:

    Tuesday(6) Running & Strength @ Quarry Lake

    4:00-5:30 Meet in the parking lot and we will start with a run on part of the highline trail then wrap up with strength by Quarry Lake.  Remember your drink belt to keep hydrated while we workout.
