Here are the details for the the July 6 -12 week:
Tuesday (7): Meet at Harvey Heights gravel parking lot for some Z1 & speed on RS-SK. 9:00am to 11:00am
Thursday (9): We will do a Z1 run to Banff via the Riverside trail (on bike for Nelson and Kendra). Meet at the team room at 9:00. We should arrive the Banff Springs around 11:15-11:30. We will need some help with transportation back to Canmore.
