Great bike camp. You all did amazing. Jasper is long ways away!!!
We are starting our summer schedule now with 4 group workouts per week for the LC’s and 3 for the T3’s.
LC’s: you absolutely need to update your ilog. I’m tired of saying this, please take 1min/day of your time to fill it in:
Monday (8): T3/LC. We will meet at ER school, 9:00-11:00. We will ski stride so bring poles that are the same length as your classic on-snow. We will do Z1 & Z3.
Tuesday (9): T2/T3/LC. Classic rollerskiing Z1 with some strength and speed. Meet at team room, 9:00-11:00. Bring water, helmet, boots, poles, etc. Show up 10min early if your poles need sharpening.
Wednesday (10): LC. Meet ER school, 9:00-11:00 for a Z1 run followed by stretching.
Thursday (11): T2/T3/LC. 10:00-12:00 (see further). T3 & LC to mountain bike up to xc stadium for 10:20am. We will do some speed and agility followed by strength in gym (new routine). Bring all the necessary gear (including gym shoes)
