Great work everyone who attended the Kaslo Camp. You completed lots of solid quality training and have started the summer training off on a good track. As we are heading up to the Haig, just 3 training sessions this week.
Tuesday(9) 7:45 AM -BEAR TALK- for those going to the HAIG. Meet at the BWTC.
LC+ athletes- FMS exercise roll out. We will have 4 groups coming into the gym today to work with Susie and Matt for 20 min each. You will be covering specific exercises to you that were noted from your FMS. Meet at the BWTC.

Wednesday(10) 9:00-10:30 LC/LC+ Strength in the gym. Meet at the BWTC. We will be inside for the whole session.
Thursday(11) 10:00-11:30 T2/LC/LC+ Distance run with some accelerations. Meet at the teamroom.
